Terms of Use | Disciplify

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing or using Disciplify, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity required in your country or permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Disciplify can be used with certain offline features, but cloud synchronization requires an account and internet access.

3. Premium purchases and renewals

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. The store shows the final local price, taxes, billing period, renewal conditions and available trial or promotion before confirmation. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled through the store account settings.

Premium access is activated only after the store and RevenueCat confirm a valid purchase or restoration. Refund eligibility and payment disputes are governed by the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. Deleting your Disciplify account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Disciplify for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass Premium verification, access another person’s data, disrupt the service, distribute malware, reverse engineer protected parts where prohibited, or use the product in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

The Disciplify name, visual identity, website and original product materials belong to PrimeStudios or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

5. Changes and availability

We may improve, modify or discontinue features, provided that mandatory consumer rights and paid entitlements are respected. Online features can be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or third-party services. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.

6. Wellness notice and responsibility

Disciplify is a productivity and habit-support tool. It is not medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice and is not intended for emergencies. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Termination, law and contact

You may stop using Disciplify and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PrimeStudios in Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country.
